Return policy

When you receive the ordered products you have a 10 day period starting from receipt date to decide if you wish to keep them. You can return any product within those 10 days and claim a refund or exchange.

If you want a refund then you will receive the price you paid back in full. With the packet there will be a return form which we ask you to fill out and include with your returns. This form asks you what you want to do exchange or refund and while we do not need a reason for return it would help us improve our service if you could tell us why you are returning the product.

The products must be returned unused and in perfect condition. If the product does not fit or you do not like it then you have to cover the return postage.

If you are sent the incorrect product or size or colour, or it is damaged upon arrival then please contact us as we will arrange for the order to be collected.  In that case the shipping costs are under the responsibility of Royal Phat.
