Privacy Notice

Compliance with the laws covering data privacy can be taken as granted. Personal data is kept on file to aid in creating customer identities. This can include information such as name, address, postal address, telephone number etc. All information which can´t be connected with the real identity of the user directly is not included. We ask our users for their company, name, first name and on various occasions information about whether the user is using personalised or interactive services if necessary. We just use this personal information internally. These data are not delivered to third parties, only if it is agreed with on behalf of the user for a specific reason. Data is not passed on to third parties unless an agreement is received by the user. We appreciate your confidence and privacy and take extensive lengths to ensure your information is kept private. Shipping

Your order will be delivered by courier at the address you indicated at your order form. All orders are usually shipped within the next 48 hour and delivery depends on your actual delivery address. You will be notified through e-mail for your shipping status. Estimated delivery time 2-3 days for the EU. Free delivery is available for orders above a certain value within the EU. The order value for free delivery depends on the country the order is being sent to. Please check the table below for details.

Paying options

You can easily choose one of the following payment options

- A. Payment by credit card

 We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express.

- B. Cash on delivery

For almost every EU member ountry we offer cash on delivery as the payment and delivery method.
The payment is made to the courier upon delivery. For all EU countries (except Greece) the delivery time is 4-8 working days depending on the country and delivery costs are 10 € for all orders.

PLEASE NOTE - When ordering your product via cash on delivery please give us a delivery address where someone is certain to be present to receive your order. If you know you will be out, please leave a note for the courier stating alternative arrangements (i.e to leave the package with a neighbour or come another day).

Return policy

When you receive the ordered products you have a 10 day period starting from receipt date to decide if you wish to keep them. You can return any product within those 10 days and claim a refund or exchange.

If you want a refund then you will receive the price you paid back in full. With the packet there will be a return form which we ask you to fill out and include with your returns. This form asks you what you want to do exchange or refund and while we do not need a reason for return it would help us improve our service if you could tell us why you are returning the product.

The products must be returned unused and in perfect condition. If the product does not fit or you do not like it then you have to cover the return postage.

If you are sent the incorrect product or size or colour, or it is damaged upon arrival then please contact us as we will arrange for the order to be collected.  In that case the shipping costs are under the responsibility of Royal Phat.
